• Head West on SW Clay Street
• Continue onto Highway 26 Westbound at 13th & Clay.
• Follow US Highwy 26 for 2.2 miles and take exit 71B Sylvan.
• Turn Right Onto SW Skyline Blvd (0.1 miles).
• Turn Right Onto SW Westgate Drive (0.1 miles).
• Destination is on the right.
• We are located on the Third Floor of The Highlands Building.
• Once inside the building. Go up the Elevator or take the stairs to the third floor and turn left onto the main corridor.
• Terrain Wellness Suite 320 will be the fourth door on the left.
